Jayne Wilkins — Senior Learning Designer
Jayne Wilkins

SENIOR LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Dig deeper.

I investigate what’s getting in the way of learning and performance, then design experiences that help people do things differently.

Approach

I investigate before I design and verify what works. AI supports the process where it adds value, never in place of judgment.

01

Investigate

I use evidence to find the performance problem beneath the learning request.

02

Design

I make deliberate choices about what will help people perform differently.

03

Evaluate

I look for evidence of what changed, then use it to improve the solution.

About me

A background in archaeology taught me to read the evidence before drawing conclusions.

My work spans executive education, corporate learning, and higher education, across four countries. A PhD in anthropology trained me to start with evidence — needs assessment, learner data, peer review and learning science — rather than assumption.

I do this work because I love solving problems and helping people.

I use AI where it meaningfully improves the design process or learning experience.
